We are offering a NUMBER ONE Graduate Programme. The programme delivers the opportunity to gain professional experience in different business areas. Development activities are based on the MAN Values and the MAN Competency Model. Target is to foster talented graduates on basis of a development plan and to prepare them for their future international careers. The MAN Diesel Graduate Programme runs for 15 months and starts twice a year in April and October. The headquarters of MAN Diesel SE is in Augsburg (Germany) and the Graduate Programme will be started there.
